What is Same-Day Delivery? Office Depot OfficeMax is offering Same-Day Delivery in select areas and ZIP codes on eligible products. If the Same-Day Delivery option is available in Checkout, you can choose one of our four convenient delivery windows. This service is available for both residential and business customers shopping on www.officedepot.com. Same Day Delivery is not available on our mobile site or mobile application. Certain orders require signature at delivery. If you receive a delivery notice email, please review it to see if someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept the package. Some orders will require that you provide a telephone number. The carrier will either send you a text message or call you to let you know when the order is on it's way.
How do I place an order for Same-Day Delivery? Same-Day Delivery orders can only be placed online at www.officedepot.com. If the products are eligible and you are ordering by the cut off time, simply select Same-Day Delivery as your option during Checkout.
What are the delivery windows for Same-Day Delivery? Available weekday delivery windows are 8:00AM-11:00AM (if order is placed by 5:00AM), 11:00AM-2:00PM (if order is placed by 8:00AM), 2:00PM-5:00PM (if order is placed by 11:00AM) and 5:00PM-8:00PM (if order is placed by 2:00PM). Due to weekend store hours, not all delivery windows are available in all stores during weekend hours. Available weekend delivery windows will be noted at Checkout.

Who will be delivering my Same-Day Delivery order? We offer Same-Day Delivery through our trusted vendors, Deliv & Shipt, that specialize in same-day delivery in select areas across the United States. Deliv drivers wear solid colored shirts and have a lanyard with identification. Shipt Shoppers wear a bright green shirt.
What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives? If our delivery partner attempts delivery that requires your signature but you are not available, the order will be returned to the store. If you want the order re-delivered, you would need to create new order.
Why are some products not available for Same-Day Delivery? Most products in stock at the store will be available for Same-Day Delivery. However, some dimension, weight, hazmat and special order restrictions apply.
What if I don't receive my delivery? If you don’t receive your delivery and the order is being delivered by Deliv, please check the tracking link in your “delivery is on the way” email. This link goes to our delivery partner’s website where you can track the status of your delivery. If Deliv was unable to deliver your order, the tracking link will show Returned Back to Sender. Or, call Office Depot Customer Service at 800-GO-DEPOT (463-3768).
Same-Day Delivery Terms and Conditions Place a qualifying order by 2:00 PM on OfficeDepot.com, and if you're located in one of our same-day delivery areas, your order can be delivered during one of four available windows of your choice for a fee of $15.00. Most furniture, oversized items, special order items, custom printing orders, bulk items, cases of bottled water and other beverages are excluded.
Same-Day delivery is subject to driver availability, and you will only be given an available delivery window on qualifying items based upon driver availability. We will confirm your delivery window when you place your order (subject to credit approval and product availability). If the delivery is refused, the order will be canceled and you will be issued a full refund. If the order was refused because the product was damaged or defective and you wish to have a replacement, a new order will be delivered with no additional delivery fee.
Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
