How does it work?
1) Click Pickup at the top right corner of the screen, or look for items that say "Store Pickup Available" on the product detail page
2) Choose the Office Depot store most convenient for you
3) Complete your order
4) Pick up your order for FREE at your Office Depot store in approximately 1 hour
When will I get my order?
Most in-stock items are available for pickup in 1 hour.
Orders placed less than 2 hours before store closing time will be available for pickup 1 hour after the store opens the following day.
How will I know when in-store pickup applies to an item I'm buying?
Look for "Store Pickup Available" on the item you are selecting.
Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
How will I know my order is ready to pick up?
Approximately 1 hour after you place your order, you will receive an email that states "Good News! Your order is ready for pickup". This email alerts you that your order is ready for pickup and provides instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this email before proceeding to the store.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order in-store?
1) Your store pickup confirmation email
2) Valid government issued ID
3) Purchasing Credit Card (For Credit Card purchases only).
For your protection, we will only release the order if the above information matches.
What should I do when I get to the store?
Proceed to the Copy & Print Depot desk where you will find a sign that reads "Online Orders Pick Up Here". Or ask an associate to help you.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Your order will be available at the store you choose for 48 hours after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. After the 48 hours has passed, your items will be returned to inventory and your account will be credited.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item included in your in-store pickup order is out of stock, you will receive a call from a store associate to notify you of the out-of-stock item. During the call you may:
• Select a comparable item
• Have the item delivered at no charge or
• Have the item removed from the order
How do I return an order?

How can I cancel my store pickup order?
Simply call your pickup store and they will assist you with canceling the order. If a payment has been processed, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
Can I pickup some items at a store and have others shipped to an address?
Yes, but you will need to conduct 2 separate transactions. If you add a pickup item and a delivery item to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be notified to "Save for Later" and conduct a separate transaction.
Can I pay with cash in the store?
Yes, simply select the cash payment option during the checkout process and pay with cash, check or credit card upon pickup.
Can I use coupons for an order placed online for in-store pickup?
You can only use coupons that state, "Valid in store, by phone or fax and on OfficeDepot.com." These coupons can be added to your order during the checkout process. Online and catalog coupons that include a free gift/premium with purchase or coupons designated as "valid in-store only" cannot be applied to in-store pickup orders.
